Who are your favorite authors?? And what have they written??

message 2: by Diana (new)

Diana I just recently read Cleopatra's Daughter by Michelle Moran and I probably shouldn't say she's one of my favorite authors since I've only read one of her books but still I thought it was amazing and I do plan to read her other books. My other favorites are Libba Bray, (A Great and Terrible Beauty) Anna Godbersen, (The Luxe) Michele Jaffe(Bad Kitty) and Meg Cabot.

I read Rebel Angel by Libba Bray and it was good! I never got around to reading the first one and last one, but hopefully eventually I will one day :). And Meg Cabot is absolutely amazing!!!

Tavia (OfAutumnBreezes) | 3 comments My favorite author is definitely Emily Giffin (Something Borrowed, Something Blue, Heart of the Matter, etc.) Her books provide such insight into various situations- blurring the lines of life, and causing you to take a good look at yourself. All of her characters are so three-dimensional and every plot is real and lifelike. If you haven't read anything by her, I couldn't recommend her more.

Yes- I don't think it was that bad, although like most movies it just couldn't be compared to the book. It was funny, though, because I found myself rooting for Ethan even more than I had in the book. I can't wait to see Something Blue!

Yeah, I've still got to read Baby Proof and Love the One You're With, but the ones I read were each unforgettable in their own ways. She's also got another book coming out in 2012, Where We Belong- I've read the first chapter and can't wait for the rest of the book!

That's been on my to-read list for a while- I might have to read that one next.

I absolutely loved the Perfect Chemistry... Have you read the rest of the series?

Also Simone Elkeles wrote another series that I read, the title is Leaving pereadise and the ssecongd one is return to Paradise.

If you like Simone Lekeles than I also recommmend Koby Keplinger and Meg Cabot. I love both of them. By Keby Kepling there is The Duff and Shut Out. And Meg Cabot has a bunch of books and a bunch of genres. I have read the Mediator Series, Pants on Fire, Teen Idol, and Avalon High. I also want to read Abandon by her...it is a Paranormal Teen Romance.

No of Meg Cabot's books have STEAMY romance per se but, they have romance, humor, and very well put together charectars that are easy to relate to. For steamy romance..well i haven't read any good steamy romance since Perfect Chemistry..but, i'm looking for them.

Does anybody have any reccomendations?
