Of course I am going to nominate "National Piano Month" because I have 2 books in mind. NOw I just got to narrow it down (if it wins of course)

message 3: by Silver (new)

Silver I am really tempted by National Beheading Day but since I recall that one was nominated and won last year I will try something a little different.

I will go with Talk Like a Pirate Day

I read this many years ago and loved it and I know that the main character is far from being lazy!

Silver For Cat 3 I will nominate The Boleyn Inheritance by Philippa Gregory

Because since reading 'The Other Boleyn Girl' with this group I have been wanting to read that, but kept procrastinating on it. And the Boleyn's themselves certainly were not procrastinators.

Paula Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell for cat. 3

Because I got a great deal on the hardcover version three years ago and haven't cracked it open yet. I just keep watching it show up in group reads for other groups, lists, and people's reviews.

Molly (mollystoddart) So I have Jonathan Strange, and have just barely started it. I'm also picking up The Pirate's Daughter from the library today. Since I have a few more weeks before my job starts, maybe I can actually be on time this month!

I have Jonathan Strange. It has been staring at me for over a year! I am so far behind that it just makes me upset. I am going to try harder this month to at least finish my goal of 50 books but according to GR I am 4 books behind!!!! Gotta stop working thru lunch and start reading!!!
