so where do u get ur inspiration? For many of my stories it comes at thr most random times, like for one i thought of it while eating a banana on the beach

i get them from almost anything a book, a leaf, a song, a show, an animal, a bubble, a riddle, a game. The story I'm working on, I got inspiration from an annoying football comercial.
eeehhhh usually from caffeine and/or sugar rushes. sometimes from songs. sometimes from other books, fairy tales, etc.
idk. it was like an uhhhhh or something. some noise of indecision.
on thursday my class was at pizza street and i got a little chain and a bouncy ball and got this really cool story idea.
i never said she didn't, you two are just reminding me of my good friends.
how bout this.....does anyone get inspiration from other books?
yeah sometimes. or i get ideas from my own books ... XD
I think I get inspiration from the weirdest places. Like an old photograph of my grandparents, or a map lying on my desk. Once it was from an old instant messaging conversation added to CSI.Friends of mine often trigger something too, using a phrase or word I find intriguing, and I'll start to write on that.
But I guess it's different for a lot of people, even if we use the same types. People take things different ways, and therefore publish many wonderful story ideas in the forms of novels.
I get my insoiration from books and songs, and from going of on random topics, like an explosion in the lunchroom, or getting kidnapped, OOOOOHHHHHHH! Inspiration moment!
I know inspiration is the weirdest thing!
i don't know how i get inspiration...story ideas just randomly come to me. like, i'll be sitting eating my lunch when all of a sudden i'm like, "OMG!! I JUST GOT AN IDEA!!" And my friends give me weird looks. XD
Haha, i hear that Sella. Sometimes a story will just hit me. Like randomly slug me over the head with a mallet.Then again, even my weirdest stories branch off of facets of my everyday life. The novel on my prof, Ink and Intelligence, was inspired by my bored, random rose design I drew up my arm while I was at camp. >< I try to use events from my own life (though they often become twisted and exceedingly distorted while I write ><)
I get my inspiration from most any where, you young guys better watch out or you will have brain melt like I did before a ripe old age.
haha. sella i know what u mean about random ideas ... :Di got my idea for Reborn when I was drinking coffee alone in the kitchen.
I got my idea for Soul Stealer when I was waiting alone in the car while my dad was like picking up a pizza or something. XD
i don't remember where the rest of my ideas came from. lol.
hmmmmmm so for white walls it came to me when I was listening to music..i live in the dreams of other people was while on goodreads lol!

I get inspiration from "imagination" games I used to play with my friends. I've come up with a whole background for one and now im going to write it out for my nanowrimo.
I get my inspiration from random places.This one time I got my inspiration from the month, October near Halloween.
