Appearance: He has long shaggy blond hair. He keeps most of it tied back in a ponytail and leaves enough out so that it frames his face. His eyes are a deep brown that reflects red in the right light. He always wears a pair of shades that wraps around his eyes so hardly anyone knows his eyes color. He wears black clothes, usually flare jeans and a tank top. He occasionally has a dog choker like chain wrapped around his left hand and always wears a black diamond studded dog collar about his neck.
Personality: He is quiet and brooding. He hardly ever says more than three words to anyone and usually when he does talk it is in the form of witty remarks. Not much is known about him, he is the most mysterious racer in the county.
Relationship Status: Single. Uke.
Family: Unknown.
History: He has a very shadowed past, surrounded in secrets. He never talks about himself so no one knows much about him. He’s been in the business since he was 15 and has been number one for the past eight years.

Characters that don't have as much info as others are simply less developed than the others. The more info there is the more I've worked on the character.
Also, I'm now allowing you three characters per county.
