10.3 - Headless Horseman: Read a book with an image of a headless torso on the cover. The image should not depict any facial features above the nose. These lists may help, but be careful not everything on these lists may work for this task.
Headless Women
Dude, Where's My Forehead?
The Other Boleyn Girl by Philippa Gregory Insatiable (Insatiable, #1) by Meg Cabot Blue Bloods (Blue Bloods, #1) by Melissa de la Cruz Dress Your Family in Corduroy and Denim by David Sedaris

If you have questions, need suggestions OR have suggestions for books to read for this task, please post them here.

message 6: by Valorie (new)

Valorie | 817 comments I think this will work? It looks like a torso. The hip of a female is where the snake is located.

Circus of the Damned (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #3) by Laurell K. Hamilton

Yes to both, the Savor the Moment (Bride Quartet, #3) by Nora Roberts is a little hard to see- please point it out when you post if you decide on that title

Vicky (librovert) | 240 comments I suspect City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments #1) by Cassandra Clare City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments #3) by Cassandra Clare City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments Series #2) by Cassandra Clare work?

What about City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments #4) by Cassandra Clare ? There are two people on it - one fits the bill, but the other doesn't.

For anyone interested in Fairy Tale Retellings, the majority of the Once Upon a Time series feature headless torso covers. :)

To me, that one looks like she has her head- maybe faceless, but not headless
