September's Theme Read is school, from Harry Potter and Vampire Academy to anything to do with school, it counts!

Just read Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta which takes place at a school.

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher involves a school

Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins takes place at a school

Paper Towns by John Green takes place in part at a school during their senior year.

Everlasting (The Immortals, #6) by Alyson Noel she is a senior and misses about 6 months of school while on a quest.

Jex (jexball) Just finished The Shadowing Hunted (The Shadowing, #1) by Adam Slater . A great book of a kid who sees ghosts and has to fight off the Hunter while still going to school and trying to be normal.

Christmas After All The Great Depression Diary of Minnie Swift, Indianapolis, Indiana, 1932 (Dear America) by Kathryn Lasky
During the great depression the main character is in 6th grade and discuses it (and spelling tests) and her "adopted" sister is put in 4th even though they are the same age.
