School has started and summer days are slowly coming to an end. What was your favorite summer read? What books are you looking forward to reading in the fall?

Matt (talons27) | 4 comments My favorite book was Jumper by Steven Gould. I'm looking forward to reading the Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson!

Sounds good, Matt! I've spent most of my summer (most of the year, actually!) reading George RR Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. HUGE books, but totally worth it. I've been reading lots of other things in between, but I keep coming back to George! I'll still be reading all fall, I'm sure!

I haven't read Gone with the Wind or seen the movie either. Let me know if it is worth it.

All the classics? Nah. I focused mostly on 20th century stuff.

Matt (talons27) | 4 comments Just to add my two cents, I have not read Gone with the Wind but I did see parts of the movie. :-) Don't panic, I think we are all very normal! I will occasionally read one of the classics, but sometimes they take too long (2 months for The Count of Monte Cristo, and it wasn't that good). Please let us know what you think of the book, Angie. Happy reading, everyone!
