4. Authors are strongly encouraged to use the "Self-Promotion" folders to promote their works, rather than mention them frequently in general and Introduction threads. If you have doubts that your posts will be acceptable, take a look through the threads and posts and see what kinds of conversations are going on.

1. Showing respect for other members is crucial on this group. No personal attacks or abuse of other members. No ganging up on members. Disagreeing cordially. Members who do attack or make offensive or abusive comments to other members will be warned and their posts deleted. If the behavior continues or for extreme one-time offenses, they will be removed. No harassment of any kind of other members will be allowed on this group.
2. Moderators reserve the right to redirect threads that derail into off-topic and hot button discussions that disrupt the original thread. Members are allowed to create non-fantasy related discussions in the off topic folder. Hot topic discussions may occur occasionally, and members are expected to treat each other with respect despite differences in opinion. Worse case scenario, just move on and agree to disagree. Don't keep the argument going. Moderators reserve the right to close discussion threads that degenerate into flaming arguments between members, and offensive/abusive posts will be deleted, and the members responsible for them warned for their conduct.
3.Members are asked to use spoiler spaces when discussing major plot elements on general group threads and threads not marked for spoilers. For group book discussions, there will be a spoiler thread and a non-spoiler thread. Accordingly, the use of spoilers is not allowed on the non-spoiler thread.
