I dont know if anyone watches doctor who on BBC but the actor who plays Amy Pond Doctor Whos companion reminds me so much of what I think Brianna would look like. She is also scottish !

IMO -- I think she is a litte too pretty to be Bree.

Is she supposed to be ugly? I mean she looks like Jamie who is handsome and now from what I've read in Echo so far William is too unless she looks handsome in a manly type of way... but I know that she had a lot of suitors and all they ever talked about was her height but no one mentioned her looks. I personally thought that Gillian Anderson could make a great Brianna.

She's... beatiful, but Roger once thinks that her beauty is odd because she's not 'beautiful' but she's someone that you just can't stop looking at anyway. Like she's unique. He even says that her features are too strong to be considered 'beautiful'.

Actually, it's very similar to how Claire describes Jamie.

Ok, I see. I personally don't think she is beautiful because her attitude makes her ugly in my eyes. I tried liking her but there is something about her that turns me off which is sad. On that not... everyone thinks Jamie is beautiful... Always:-).

Hi. I don't know who that actress is but she looks like she would make a good Bree. But I would have to see acting to be sure.

The only problem with Gillian Anderson is that she's too old to play the part. She's 43.

I really love this picture a fan, Silvia, drew of Bree. I think it is spot-on! Seeing her drawn with those Jamie-cat-eyes really allowed me to picture her better in my head.

She does. I remember in DIA or Voyager, Roger looks at her and notices the freckles. Besides with her coloring, wouldn't you expect her to freckle in the wilderness? Before the era of SPF 50?

Hahahaha...I just don't recall it. I do know some redheads who don't have freckles. I just NEVER pictured Jamie with freckles. :)

She definitly has the looks close to Bree in my head.

The model is the closest I've ever seen someone look like Bree.

Whether or not she had freckles (I dont think Jamie had them either, which is odd since he was outside alot) doesn't bother me. Her nose and eyes and mouth and the way she looks like a warrior... she's almost exactly Bree.

Plus it helps that she looks similar to Gabriel Aubrey who is who DG says is the closest she's ever seen someone look like Jamie.

I hadn't noticed that Gabriel Aubrey is the perfect Jamie! Especially with the nose and chiseled jaw, wow! And Amy Pond makes an awesome Bree. Great suggestions ladies!

Of actresses in this world, I agree with Laura Prepon. But the model just looks more... Imposing.

I have been trying to track down that model to see other pictures of her. It looks like she could be a Ralph Lauren model. From everyone's response, it doesn't look like you all have seen her before?

OMG! got to give it to you. Your Jamie was right on.....and so is Bree.

I haven't seen that model before either but I can see her as Bree. Everybody's suggestions have been really good. And I love that drawing of Bree with the cat eyes. So beautiful.

I imagine a sculpted face - like a father - would be like Kate Winslet. It helps imagination if you see a photo in which the person has red hair, blue eyes, etc,
Those can be done with makeup, etc. Need good jaw line, strong cheek bones, and maybe set of eyes. Also must be tall and not too skinny.

Yes, she's got the eyes and the hair, although not the Jamie nose. She's got the Claire nose and mouth. Pretty!

Brianna actually has a slightly smaller version of jamie's nose.. in fact claire is always looking for herself in Brianna

I still say Chris Hemsworth for Jamie, Emily Blunt for Claire...Katherine Heigl is pretty, excellent actress but I just don't think she's claire...whomever would have to show the chemistry between them...not just a casting call of who wants the job more. Few couples can generate the attraction, the heat. I think of the Notebook, Titanic, etc....you have to have the feeling, the electricity between them

She IS GORGEOUS! She looks like some kind of sea siren or a treasure among humans. I'd love to look like her!

The first model is still my favorite. It's the warrior look in her eyes and the nose... and the wide mouth. She's the most perfect Bree I've ever seen. And her eyes, man thats how I picture Jamie. She's a female Jamie. And she even looks alot like Gabrial Aubrey... (Eva, I'm borrowing your picture, lol)

I agree that they both really look the parts. But the biggest concern that we all have is can they act? And, if so, how well? And then can he do the accent?

Well we all have pretty much figured that Gabriel Aubry has no interest, seeing as how he wouldn't even let Diana Gabaldon put his image in her book. So no, I don't think either of them would be possibilities for the roles.

It's just a fantasy, lol. They both look so good.

My favorite actors for Jamie and Bree (who can actually act, and I think pull off the accent), is Chris Hemsworth and Laura Prepon.

I have no idea. I looked by looking for models of the sea of shoes website, but all I could find is Jane Aldridge which isn't the same girl.

We'll have to wait and see if Cristina knows.

I've been trying to find out who she is, too! No luck, so far.

I think Gabriel Aubry is gorgeous and I would not mind seeing him as Jamie if he were an actor and interested...But i also love Gerard Butler and he is too old for the part. And the photos of the redheads above look like the perfect Bree. I would like Toby Stephens as Frank/Jack Randall...Michael Fassender as Lord John or any other part in the movie. He is very attractive.

Gerard makes me weak in the knees... and I think he should be cast as Brian or maybe Jamie's uncle....

I agree that GA is only eye candy cause a French Canadian would have to stretch his verbal skill pretty far to pull off a Scots accent, and he is NOT an actor that could do our Jamie justice. He's just pretty. That's all.

After seeing Thor, I can picture Chris H in the role.

I would not mind Chris H in an Outlander movie as long as he is does not play Jamie. Any part but that one. Or I would not be interested in watching it. As much as I would love to see a movie or mini series made of Outlander, I would not care to see it if this actor was picked to play Jamie. I don't care who plays other parts in the movie but when it comes to Jamie's role I can be alittle picky.
