He is more powerful than Angels, but in reality he feels weaker than a bug. He is kept on his leash and can never be free. He'd give it all up if he only could. He wanders through every and all places.

Pieces Of Appearence: Her attire is usually black and formal. Her skin is so pale it's almost silver and shimmers. Her hair is the fair platinnum blond. Eyes are pitch black with the lightest violet highlights in them.

Personality: Juilet is dreamer. She's adventerous and ultamitely depressing. She's very intellgent but doesn't seem to understand the concept of trust and order or conversation. When you get her talking you see that she's vulenurble and broken.

Powers: Her voice always has this tempting quailty to it, she doesn't know. Her face and body and soul seem to perfect to be real because it's an illusion that no one can break through. People tend to take an instant liking to Juilet.

History: In Juilet's younger years people would push her away and keep other children away from her. Parents would instantly take liking to her but would be scared by their actions to go out of their way to please her. Most don't really notice or realize they do it since she tends to stay off those grounds of wanting. As she grew older, everyone loved her but they resented her for petty reasons and found it was hard to stay away. Juilet was persuseve and smart. She was captain of the debate team, mathleates, class president, and language depatment. Juilet was still an outcast.
