by Matthew Quick. Debut novel and unusual comedic take on recovery from depression, obsessive behaviour and therapy. Sounds a tough read but it's a really light page turner and if your partner's moods are governed by his team's results on the weekend, then definitely worth a read.
by Cynthia LambThis is a novel about the legendary Leed's Point Devil aka The Jersey Devil of the New Jersey Pine Barrens. The author - Cynthia Lamb, is a descendent of the Leeds Family from whom the 17th Century legend originated. A must read for anyone with an interest in local Pine Barrens folklore.
by Richard G. Fernicola
by Michael CapuzzoTwo excellent books on the 1916 fatal shark attacks along the New Jersey Coast, both books are excellent. Shark attacks are quite rare in New Jersey waters, especially fatal attacks. In fact, there has only been one other fatal attack since the four in 1916, and that was in 1926, when a young boy was killed in the same county as the 1916 attacks.
