Once Upon A Time... discussion

Celene was sitting in a tree,staring up at the sky with a blank expression.

Alec walked through the high trees, heaving gracefully and blinking in the sun's glare.

Celene glanced down,seeing Alec. She inched back into the tree and wrapped her arms around her legs.

Alec paid little attention, sitting down so that his back leaned against the tree as he started to eat an apple

She glanced down agian and realized he was just under her. She climbed up to a higher banch and folded her knees to her chest agian,watching the clouds.

Alec heard a rustling in the tree above him and glanced up, noticing a flash of bright blue in the trees. "Hello?"

She froze,but peeked her head down a little so her head was in veiw.

he watched her, curious, "What are you doing up there?" He called

She shrugged and looked back up at the sky. She never really liked talking and did it as little as possible.

He stood up, trying to get a better look at her, "I'm Alec." He told her, blinking in the sun

She nodded in greating. "Celene." She said simply,giving a breif smile.

He smiled back, "Do you have blue hair or is that just me?"

She smiled and nodded,fingering her hair a bit

He chuckled, "That's really awesome."

"Thanks." She said quietly,smiling slightly

He chuckled, "If you don't want to come down, can i come up?" He asked, not wanting to intrude

She hesitated a little,but nodded

Alec grinned, climbing swiftly up the tree

She glanced at him,now seeing him sit by her. She was a bit wary by how close he was,but stayed put.

((why yes...hehe...yes he is))

Alec looked at her, smiling, "It's nice up here."

She nodded,staring at the sky. She let her legs dangle from the tree and put her hands on either side of her. She closed her eyes and felt the warmth on her skin. She smiled.

He watched the the landscape, enjoying the view, "Do you come up here often?"

She nodded,her eyes still closed. She normaly came here just to relax and think when she needed to.

He grinned, "This is actually my first time coming here."

She opened her eyes and looked at him. "I practically live here." She said softly. She ooked out agian,then practically froze as she saw the sun on the horizon,a shade of dark orange and red.

He glanced at her, wondering why she had frozen, "Is everything ok?"

She nodded. "Yeah. I just didnt realize how late it was." She said a little too quickly. "I have to go." She jumped from the branch and landed softly on the ground.

Alec watched her, "What do you mean?" He called after her, scurrying down

She shook her head. "Its nothing. I just have to go home before the moon comes out." There was a little desperation in her voice that she did her best to conceal.

he looked at her, concerned, "Why?"

She glanced up at the sky agian. The sun wasalmost gone. "Its a long story." She said. Wow. She thought. That was more than i have said in a whole month.

He sighed, "Yeah, I've got a bunch of those."

Sh looked realy worried now. Why couldnt he just go away? She continued to walk. "Im sorry. But i have to go." She said simply. She glanced up agian. About two minutes left.

Alec nodded, not really understanding but knowing it was true. "Ok..."

She stopped,suddenly shuddering uncontrolably. Now it was to late. She collaped to th le ground on her knees,breathing hard. She felt her fangs starting to grow.

Alec's eyes widened, "oh." He said simply, stepping back a half a pace

Hair fangs were out,and her eyes were pitch black. Then her hair slowy started turning a shade of blood red. Celene clawed the ground,trying to hold onto humanity

Alec looked concerned, the transformation seemed painful. "Are you ok?"

"She couldnt answer for a second then,"......maybe...." she breathed heavily as it was finished,slowly standing up,looking intinidating in the pitch black.

He watched her carefully, giving her some space.

She blinked a couple times,letting her eyes adjust to the night. She hated transforming. But thatswhat happens. She needed to find something to eat

Alec prepared himself, this wasn't going to be good

Celene dartd off,leaving Alec.there. she didnt want to face him. She soon fond a deer and sucked it dry.

"Celene?" He called after her, worried, he began to follow her

After she got the food,she breathed eaisier,not filled with bloodlust anymore. She looked up as she heard her name and saw Alec

"Are...are you ok?" He said cautiosuly, coming forward slowly

She looked at the ground and nodded slightly. "Im sorry fo freaking ou out." She aid.quietly. "its just hat its,you know, a secret."

He nodded, shaking slightly, "It's ok. I would've freaked out too."
