We're closing in on 100 members (YAY!!) and that got me thinking about celebrating. Should we celebrate this momentous occasion? If so, how? A book giveaway is always an option, of course. Any other ideas? I'd love to hear from the group on this.

:O)

Cheri | 1 comments I like the giveaway idea, even though it's the usual way of doing it.

Mmmmm, chocolate. That sounds like a YUMMY giveaway. And it's getting colder here in the states, so melted chocolate arriving in the mailbox is less likely to happen. :OP

We're only 1 person away from 100 members. This is awesome! I'm trying to come up with a new twist on the typical book giveaway idea. Perhaps throw in some swag, maybe some book-related jewelry, maybe Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, etc. Any thoughts, suggestions?

If you know anyone who'd like this group, please invite them to join. :O)

OK, I'm going to confer with Linda and see what we can come up with for prizes. I'm already considering a signed copy of Honor with a replica of the pendant the heroine wears in the book, as well as a signed copy of Deception with a replica of the pendant she wears in the story. And bookmarks, of course. :O) I can probably scrounge up a few gently read used romances to throw in as well. I used to sell used books online so there are a few hundred still around here. lol

Any authors who are willing, you can donate copies of your books too. It's an excellent opportunity to market. EBooks are always an option, too. Comment here or shoot me a PM if you're interested in donating. If not, I'm sure Linda and I can come up with a nice selection of romances for our awesome members!!

YAY for 100 members!!
