Happy birthday and I gotta say, it's an amazing cake!

I didn't do much of anything that night because we were having a lot of wildfires in the area- about 16 homes burned down only a mile or so from my own home. I was packing up emergency bags of my own in case of evacuation that night. Luckily they're contained and under control now, so everything is safe. It was an awful week, though. I ended up celebrating the weekend after on the 9th and 10th by going to a baseball game, one of my favorite teams- The Texas Rangers, and then to spend time with my brother and sister-in-law. Then I went on a book shopping spree with my bestie. :)

Despite the occurrence, you sounded fun, I wish my birthday would be fun too (and simple), but it's the middle of an exam, haha.
