The location is all of California, and in some outside regions. The characters are the outlaws Hell's Angels and scandalous reporters and publicists.After the Hell's Angels hit the big time with the rape story reporters and other Hollywood interests try to turn this into a profit.The Angels do the same by promising the story to those with the right price. although this is not all beneficial because it damages the Angels by decreasing their numbers dramatically.They are being persecuted by the police and are hated everywhere and even begin to fight themselves.My view on this is that they are both to blame by allowing themselves to be persecuted and trying to turn profit and for trying to create a monster from regular people.
