I hated this book but now I want to remember the title.

It was about a virus that basically causes you to bleed to death. Started in Africa with these two twin girls who end up living in the jungle because they're afraid of harming any more people (because everyone around them gets it and dies). The girls were on some sort of expedition with their dad...

That's all I remember. And it was gross.

Count this one as SOLVED. I googled it. It's called "Carriers." The virus started in Indonesia. Not Africa.
