Nathan went walking warily into a dim lighted street. It was all he could do not to shiver. He wasn't on duty at the moment, so he wasn't wearing his usually garments. Instead, he wore nice fitting clothes.
Noelle's light footsteps fell in the night, a slight glow surrounding her. It was always there, but only visible in the dark .She sang under her breath as she went around town, not having any destination in mind. She'd noticed the cold, but by now any bare skin was numb.
Nathan would've been a lot more wary in these streets, but he was planning on going on leave. He saw Noelle, someone he didn't know, and walked up to her, planning on starting a conversation. "Hey there, miss."
Noelle looked up, surprised, and smiled at Nathan, giving him a small wave. "Hello," she said, looking at him curiously. "Who are you?"
"Hm?" Nathan looked around then turned back to face her. "I'm Nathan. Though, that's all I'd be willing to say right now. There are too many . . . bad people out here."
Noelle's eyebrows raised, she glanced around. "Nathan.. I'm Noelle." She looked back at him. "I didn't realize this was a bad area," she said.
"Then why were you here in the first place?" Nathan laughed, his mood was less cautious now. "Shouldn't someone like you be somewhere else? Or are you here for some reason I don't know about? I'm playing, you don't have to answer that."
Noelle stuck her tongue out at him. "I was just wandering," she explained.
"Uh, Noelle, right?" Nathan raised an eyebrow, grinning. He was surprised when he showed a laid back side of himself. Though, considering the circumstance, it was alright. "First off, what's up with the tongue sticking? Second, I didn't mean it."
Noelle laughed and rolled her eyes. " I know you didn't mean it," she said in a 'duh' voice. "And tongue sticking... I don't know it's fun!" she stuck her tongue out at him again, trying to control her giggles.
"Mhmm," Nathan laughed slightly, then looked around, thinking for somewhere to go. "Well, do you want to do something? My treat, since I just met you."
((Oh, brb, gotta eat!))
((Oh, brb, gotta eat!))
((kk))
Noelle smiled, not thinking twice about it. "Sure," she said. "Like what?"
Noelle smiled, not thinking twice about it. "Sure," she said. "Like what?"
"Wow, just like that?" Nathan grinned, wondering why she trusted him when they've literally just met. "That's fine, I guess. Hm, I don't know. I was asking you."
"Well I don't know anything around here.. What do you mean just like that?" Noelle asked, confused. "why would I not trust you?"
"I honestly have no idea," Nathan shrugged, then pointed toward the stall hidden behind a row of people. "Why not there? There's hotdogs, but if you don't like them . . ."
"What's a hotdog?" Noelle asked, confused.
((lol, this is her first time on Earth :p))
((lol, this is her first time on Earth :p))
((Wait, she's what again? XD))
"Oh," Nathan raised an eyebrow at her, then thought of how to explain it. "Well, it's a long, greasy, piece of meat, and, uh, you put it in between bread. Then you get to choose condiments to put on . . . yeah, that's about it."

((An angel!))
Noelle looked at him, shocked. "People eat meat on earth?!" she asked.
Noelle looked at him, shocked. "People eat meat on earth?!" she asked.
((Oh, right, I knew that! Um, how come she doesn't have a class?!))
"Wait," Nathan held a laugh, biting his tongue. "You say it like you don't live here. What are you?"
"Wait," Nathan held a laugh, biting his tongue. "You say it like you don't live here. What are you?"
((Oh. Because I couldn't think of one!))
"an angel," Noelle said, gesturing to herself. She was glowing and had a faint halo, she thought it was fairly obvious.

((Lol, alright. Need help with that?))
Nathan looked up above her head, and just now noticed the circular object hovering over her head. "Well, I didn't see that, my bad. Anyway, now that I know you're an angel, I want to know why you're here more than ever now."

((...yes...))
Noelle blushed and looked down. "Well I'm not really supposed to be here," she said.
Noelle blushed and looked down. "Well I'm not really supposed to be here," she said.
((Alright, let's start with her weapon, I'll go check on that.))
"Huh?" Nathan gave a puzzled expression. "What do you mean? Did they kick you out of the sky, or something?"
"Huh?" Nathan gave a puzzled expression. "What do you mean? Did they kick you out of the sky, or something?"
((kk...))
"No," Noelle said, feeling horrible. She wasn't allowed on earth but she'd always been so curious. "I kind of snuck away," she said.

((A dagger? Hm, well, an angel, too. So, you can be a seraph?! Or maybe a virtue. If you're wondering what these are, they're angel ranks! XD))
"Wait," Nathan looked at her carefully, but he never was good at reading people, so he didn't bother. "You snuck out? Why would you do that? I thought it was paradise up there."
((Brb))

((Brb))
((lol, I know what they are! I dunno, which is better??))
"Not completely. It's just better than earth," Noelle looked aorund, she actually liked earth better so far. Maybe more bad happened, but there was free will. "We're all given orders and we never question them."
((brb))

((Well, a seraph is more powerful, but . . . others are cool, too! A virtue is better with miracles and are supposedly angels of grace.))
((kk she's gonna be a virtue then))
((...?! I DON'T GET IT DX lol antways. your post!))
((Oh, right!))
Nathan couldn't find the right words to say because he didn't know what it was like up there, so there was a moment of silence until he said, "Well, that doesn't sound like the idealistic heaven I've always pictured."

Noelle shrugged. "It's not bad, just different. Everyone else didn't question it, so they were happy. I don't know, I guess I'm just a freak," she said, laughing it off.
"Well, that's not something you should say," Nathan said, though he was smiling. "So, still up for a hotdog?"
"It sounds..." Noelle didn't finish the statement. "I suppose it's a part of experiances life on earth?" she asked, laughing slightly. "Let's go."
"Alright, just don't regret it," Nathan nodded, walking up to the vendor and bought two for them. "Here you go," he handed the other to Noelle.
Noelle made a face and eyed it warily. She watched him, not wanting to eat it until he did.
"Really?" Nathan sighed, but he laughed, then bit off a piece. "There, just to prove to you that I'm not feeding you poison. Now, go on! Eat!"
"Alright..." she said reluctantly, and took a bite. She almost spit it out at first, it was greasy and chewy, but then once she goy used to that the flavor was..odd. Tangy and wonderful. Her eyes went wide. "Oh my," she said after she swallowed.
"What?" Nathan looked at her carefully. "Was there a fly in there or something? Tell me, I can get the vendor arrested for trying to murder you."
"No!" Noelle laughed, flicking him lightly. "It's so much better than I thought! Weird, but really good," she said, smiling.
"Alright," Nathan laughed now. "That's good. I told you to trust me. It's usually good to try stuff, as long as you don't do it anywhere near places like this, but that's a different story . . ."
((Gtg! C'ya next week!!!))
((Gtg! C'ya next week!!!))
((Bye PK!!! I will miss yooou!))
"I trust you," she smiled, and then looked around again. "Where are we anyways? Should we maybe, go somewhere else?"
"I trust you," she smiled, and then looked around again. "Where are we anyways? Should we maybe, go somewhere else?"
((Aw, thanks! Final post!!! XD))
"If you want to," Nathan grinned then looked around like her. "I know other places."
"If you want to," Nathan grinned then looked around like her. "I know other places."
((lol! Hopefully me too but probably not :p))
"Sure, you can show me around," she smiled, then said, "Oh! Only if you want to."
"Sure, you can show me around," she smiled, then said, "Oh! Only if you want to."
"Oh, I'd like to," Nathan shrugged, and looked back at her. "So, since you trust me, that means I get to bring you anywhere and you won't doubt, right? Good, let's go."
Noelle's eyes widened. "I mean I trust you, but I would like to know where we're going...?"
"Oh," Nathan sighed, then shrugged. "Well, I wasn't planning it out, actually. I don't really know."
((Where do you want to rp?))
((Where do you want to rp?))
((Disney!!))
"Oh," Noelle laughed. "Okay well... let's just go somewhere! Where do humans usually go??"
"Oh," Noelle laughed. "Okay well... let's just go somewhere! Where do humans usually go??"
((Sweet! Noelle's an angel, right? Nathan's just a human, so he won't really be able to take them there, gts.))
"Camelot," Nathan offered, unsure. "I don't go out very often. I wouldn't know."
