Nordic Noir discussion

We would love to hear from you guys about any suggestions you have about what you would like to see in the group; stuff we can talk about...so let us know!

Well, the group has a bookshelf (I can see it in the upper right corner) Why don't we add all of the Nordic Noir books available so far? I'll try to add the only two I have read so far :S

I added one so far hehe... you just click on the link "bookshelf" on the right upper corner, and you'll see it. But hey! remember I'm not a Nordic Noir connoisseur. I haven't put the second one because I didn't know what to say about it since I didn't like it that much. It was "Before The Frost" by Henning Mankell.

I never realized you could add comments...If multiple people have read it, can each of those people add a comment.

I don't know how the comments work - you don't have to - I just added books

Good to know that I don't have to! But anyone in the group can edit the comments if they wish to.

I wanted to know what you guys thought about just keeping the Featured Author, or would you guys also like to have the featured book?

I think I like just doing the featured author. It sometimes is hard to fit in two selections bc I'm involved with a couple of other groups here and then organize a local book club. Five books a month has become the norm for me, just to fit all of this in!

Can we discuss PHANTOM please. IMO it was a very important read....left me without words but I need to hear other reactions....

Mind you a bad month as I am equally as upset having just finished Helsinki White.....

See, Jim..it wasn't just me...you better be really kind to Kari in book 4 otherwise me thinks you will have some fans on your doorstep, Finland or not!!
