Town area where many Strigoi can be found loitering about...

Nimueh's katana sliced the air where the Strigoi was, moving quickly as it darted about.

The Strigoi hissed and made another lunge for her legs, fangs bared and eyes blood-red.

Griffyn stood watching behind an alley wall, rooted to the spot, unsure what to do as he witnessed helplessly, as Nimueh and the Strigoi fought.

Her katana swang down and decapitated the head, the body slumping to the ground as the head rolled away. Her chest was risng quickly as she stared down at the dead Strigoi.

Griffyn released a relieved breath when she got rid of the Strigoi. Suddenly, one more appeared out of nowhere from behind her, perching atop a building and had leapt down, about to land on her. Without thinking, he called out Nimueh's name in alarm and rushed out from his hiding spot, eyes on the extra Strigoi as he concentrated on willing a blast of wind to knock it back.

She whirled around and saw Griffyn. "Shit." She ran to him, turning back just as the Strigoi landed infront of her.

((lol can the extra Strigoi be unexpected to the Guardians?like they thought ther was only one and knew she could handle it?))

Griffyn leapt onto the vampire's back as he jumped in front of Nimueh, having gotten back up just as quickly after Griffyn had blasted him with his element.

((lol nimueh's gotta be hurt remember?))

"Get off him Griffyn, I've got it." SHe slashed the katana at the neck, missing by an inch as the Strigoi move back, flinging Griffyn away from him.

((damn, but wait, u want the strigoi to attack G and N comes in halfway? or just get the strigoi to attack N right away?))

Griffyn landed with an oof, dazed and groaning. The Strigoi growled and started darting around Nimueh like a bumblebee, never staying still.

((like G steps in to stop it but she anticipates in and steps infront of him just as the Strigoi goes for them.))

She sliced at him with her katana, never stopping, hoping to catch him.

((ah, ok))

The Strigoi kept running in circles around Nimueh, wanting to tire her out. Griffyn finally got to his feet, bruised, and gritted his teeth before calling another blast to aim for the vampire and unbalance it. The Strigoi hissed as he got pushed back by the blast and saw him get up, then it lunged for Griffyn instead, going for the easier target.

She growled, and threw a knife at it's leg, getting infront of it pushing Griffyn to the side just as it colided with her.

Griffyn was shoved away violently and down to the ground again. The Strigoi snarled and snapped its fangs, trying to get to her neck, its arms going around hers to crush her bones.

It's hands clawed deeply into her back, blood running down it. She raised a knife and plunged it into its neck, the silver running into its system. Her head lolls back, the blood loss getting to her.

((can the Strigoi slam her into the ground? making her go unconscious and in a coma or something? and then the Guardians come in and finish it off? lol))

The Strigoi shrieked in pain and fury before wrapping a hand around her neck and slammed her hard against the brick wall behind them. Suddenly two older male Guardians jumped down from the building and kicked the vampire away violently from her. One expertly finished it off and the other was yelling, alarmed when he saw Nimueh's state.

She only had eyes for Griffyn, hoping he was ok. She made a keening sound as the pain hit her like a train.

Griffyn cried out her name and struggled to stand, stumbling to her. Strong arms pulled him back and he came face-to-face with the strict eyes of a female Guardian. But he staggered back, pulling out of her grasp to run to Nimueh, where the elder male Guardian had picked her up, cradling her gently and was barking out orders to his two other companions.

"Gri..ffyn..." She whispered, her breathing going labered.

((gtg D: nitey nite!))

"You're gonna be okay, Nimueh." the Guardian said gently to her, then called for his colleague to restrain Griffyn, who was rushing at them, desperate. "Get that kid under control! He comes nowhere near her!"

((aww byeee))

"N..o...l..et..h..im come.." She glares up at the Guardian, the edges of her vision darkening.

((back!!))

The Guardian ignored her as his other two colleagues rush to restrain Griffyn, who fought them back, "No! I have to see her, let me through! I need to see if she's okay!!" he yelled out. He was drawing too much attention, refusing to listen to reason, and the female Guardian had no choice but to use the back of her stake to knock him out cold.

~Restaurant~
Irys ordered another refill of her drink as she laughed at something Matt said.

((gtg, be back later!))

He laughd to.

She started to say something then stopped short when the whole restaurant was suddenly washed in darkness, the lights cutting out. Screams and yells could be heard from around.

Matt stands up.

"What the..?" Irys mumbled and tried to look around, her eyes already adjusted to the darkness.

((u gonna rp the girls or u want me to?))

Matt hit the ground.

Irys leapt up when she saw Matt go down, "Matt!" but before she could make a move she was hit on the back of her head and she went to her knees, groaning and clutching at her head.

Cammie, Jasmine's friend walked out from behind Irys, holding a silver dagger and sneering. She barked out an order and the girl who'd knocked Matt over started to restrain him.

The Guardians brought them both back to the Academy and put them in the Hospital wing.

Matt passed out.

"Matt..." Irys moaned and tried getting up, but Cammie smirked and plunged the knife into her back, causing Irys to scream in agony and fall back down, writhing in pain.

The rest of the group had spread out around the restaurant and were hissing out threats to the customers to keep away. The girl who was dealing with Matt--Olivia--hefted him over her shoulder and started heading for the back exit door of the restaurant, where a large van waited for them.

Matt faintly heard iry's scream.

Cammie retrieved her dagger and gave a rough kick to Irys's middle. Then she called out to the rest of the group to leave, and they streaked out of the place. She lowered to one knee beside Irys's gasping body and whispered sweetly, "Who's laughing now?" then she she giggled and disappeared out the back door and into the vehicle as it sped away with Matt inside.

Matt came to snenses."Where am I."

Cammie grinned as Matt came to. They had tied him up and stripped him of his weapons as the van drove off to a warehouse and now came to a stop. "Well, look who's finally awake. Good morning, sleeping beauty!" she chirped gleefully and Olivia chuckled beside her. They opened the doors and jumped out, getting ready to bring him inside.

"Tell me."

"Tell you what?" Cammie asked happily and they grabbed him and carried him behind the doors where there was a steel table attached with clamps, in the middle.

Irys had gotten out of the restaurant after shuddering from the pain in her back and had mostly recovered, shocking many of the patrons in the restaurant. Her eyes were flashing dangerously as she came out into the streets and breathed in the scents, trying to locate and track down where they had taken Matt.

"Tell me where i am."
