Post here to say hi, who you are and what caffeine monkey of choice rides your back.

I'm Kari. I write pervy smut. I am over-caffeinated courtesy of Eight O'Clock Whole Bean Columbian (freshly ground) and Mountain Dew. Oh, and chocolate. Must not forget the chocolate...

>:D

message 2: by Charming (new)

Charming (charming_euphemism) Good afternoon! Thank you for writing pervy smut. The world needs more of that. :-)

As you know, I am Charming, and at the moment I am drinking diet Dr. Pepper.

message 3: by Kari (new)

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 140 comments Mod
LOL, heya, Charming! My boys are big fans of Dr. Pepper. I'll own up to revisiting my youth by mixing it in a great big cocktail of caffeine goodness at the beverage fountain of woot from time to time.

Good to see you here!

Lasha (mslasha) | 1 comments I got iced tea and I'm ready. When is the FBI BDSM story coming out?

message 5: by Kari (new)

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 140 comments Mod
Hi, Lasha! In the Red's not officially on Loose I'd calendar yet, but I'm told to think January? Somewhere around then, probably. I'll put up a book discussion page for ITR once I know for sure what we're doing and when.

;D

CAS (cas_2o2o) Hi Kari..
As you know but others might not, I am your extremely obsessed devoted Master. Although this is often debatable.. Sometimes it's more like I am YOUR slave.. sometimes.... Okay mostly.
(you do tend to be a bit bottom toppy :) just sayin' :)
But hey, I am somewhat easy going , especially under the influence of caffeine and chocolate, and suffering from a servere case of the muchies for pages and pages of mind altering Kari Gregg inner perviness.. on the very razor's edge of overdosing.....
Ah....What a way to go! Blissfully under the influence of my enabler! :)

message 7: by Kari (new)

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 140 comments Mod
CAS, if there's a bottom bone in my body, I am supremely unaware of it, LOL, but alas, yes, you are the proud possessor of this bit of awesomeness:

And it only cost you one rocking muscle car. Bwa ha ha. ;D

Okay.. once more and with feeling..
NOTE: insert HEAVY SARCASM here:

Can ya "feel me" now? LOL

LOLOL

You are, by far, the Best Master Evah, CAS. Aleks should be jealous, I tell you. Madly jealous. ;D

message 10: by CAS (new)

CAS (cas_2o2o) I have "just" connected with my very own pervy side.. under the influence of too much caffiene and chocolate ofcourse... (that's my excuse and I am stickin' to it!)

Want Proof???
Kari wrote: "CAS, if there's a bottom bone in my body I am supremely unaware of it."

If that's the case methinks DH should be made aware of this um... short coming??? ASAP!

My comment was more in terms of your "supreme unawareness" of the presence of said "bone"..

DH bottom or otherwise, notwithstanding, NO... LOL

BookAddict ✒ La Crimson Femme (lacrimsonfemme) | 35 comments Hiya Kari! I'm here. Blink blink, places hand over her eyes and looks around I'm still on vacation. I avoid caffeine because it isn't good for me. When I'm very hurt and need something to wake me, I will make an ice coffee from Gloria Jean's butter toffee...

Yeah, it's my whole minimizing my vices. So far the only one I'm really hooked on and unable to downsize or minimize is ...porn and smutty books. Sigh.

message 34: by Mandi (new)

Mandi Oh hi! Thanks for the invite. :) I'm Mandi *points to name* and I'll be lurking about like a...lurking thing.

And my caffeine of choice? Dunkin Donuts Coffee Coolatas. (Mmmmm...now I want to go out and get one!) Or just regular Coca-Cola. :)

message 35: by Kari (new)

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 140 comments Mod
Porn and smut -- you have the right priorities, BA. Sho nuf.

And hiya, Mandi! Lurkers are welcome...Can you believe where I live has no Dunkin Donuts? No Starbucks, either. It's barbaric. LOL

message 43: by Sammy Goode (new)

Sammy Goode Coffee--OMG--how does one live without the stuff--I am a 3 cup a day--love it--not as much as sex or your books but it runs a close third! I'm Sammy--I am an ADORING fan--seriously, can I wash your car or something--fan you while you write? Is that too much adoration--I am kneeling while writing this! Seriously, I thought I had died and gone to heaven when I read Spoils of War--which by the way you owe us all a sequel--we have long memories--just sayin--forewarned is forearmed=:) Anyhoo, I did die little happy deaths with that one--then I won I, Omega--holy cow Kari--you are now at the top of my must read list! So, now that you just might be reconsidering my invite to this group--fear not--I do have a minimum of self-control--ok that was a lie--does that mean I get spanked--oh dear God--now I am in heaven!

Maybe I should cut back on the caffeine...

you have an amazing upbeat outlook....or is that the coffee talking heehee....nice to meet ya on here sammy...(are you same sammy of the wonderful lyrics ala sound of music?)

message 45: by Kari (new)

Kari Gregg (karigregg) | 140 comments Mod
LMAO!!!

Sammy, 3 cups/day? Only 3 cups? o.O He he he -- just yanking yer chain. ;D

Glad you liked Spoils & IO! As soon as I turn In the Red in to Loose Id, I'm returning to Plunder (the Spoils sequel) and working on it as well as an apocalyptic zombie story I've been dying (hardee har har) to write. So the sequel's coming.

Glad to see you here!

message 46: by Sammy Goode (last edited Sep 19, 2011 07:29PM) (new)

Sammy Goode Because I am virtually illiterate in the computer realm I honest to God cannot do that thing where you reference someone's comment--so Embry--it is me of the slightly dirty (ok--really dirty) lyrics--can you tell I'm a closet musician??

So Kari, I'm holding you to the sequel--you are so good to us!! And yes--do not give up your day job to write puns--I am wincing even still--but still on my knees--never fear!

Eventually I promise to have cohesive thoughts and even a question or two--am currently rereading I, Omega--and rubbing myself down with ice (was that an overshare?--probably=:)

message 48: by Jordan (new)

Jordan Lombard (jslombard) lol, don't have time to read everything at the moment, but I'm here, my name is Jordan, and as for my drink of choice, that would actually be hot chocolate... or Coca Cola. And chocolate in general, of course! You know, I think there's a reason those rainbow colored little M&M's are my favorite candy! hehehehe.

Cleon Lee | 21 comments You don't have Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts nearby? LOL. I always find it funny when the area I live is more "American" than some American towns. We have KFC, Starbucks, Baskin Robbins, Haagen Dasz, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, & Dunkin Donuts practically EVERYWHERE! And Domino Pizza is now starting to open branches everywhere too.

ETA: Not to mention the good ol' McDonald...
