I can't! The springdale library doesnt have lonely polgamy, and I haven't been to Fayetteville in ages. Maybe i'll get it on saturday,

AND BTW, i'm not reading this one yet. THat's why i asked how it was.

i will be done with all the book club books for round 1 before you are! cuz the tights one is pretty short, and the sex lives of golden richards is not! i checked out the dog book for round two today on audio book

Oooh, sweet! I didnt know it was on audio. I'm REALLY looking forward to that one--it's about a guy with autism, which is AWESOME! Not having autism, but...well, you get it :D

Moon Over Manifest...seems to have a popular YA/MG format of a girl trying to figure out mysteries of past, with the story flipping b/t the present & past. So far, it's only okay. It's fun to listen to, but not that original so far. It reminds me a lot of Because of Winn-Dixie with the crazy lady, etc. Only in that book she had bottles hanging from a tree instead of wind-chimes.

did you ever read stuck in neutral, about a boy with autism? that was really good.....i agree that it's only okay...i still haven't been thoroughly sucked in and i'm almost done with it

I've read stuck in neutral but the boy in that has cerebral palsy, actually. the sister in the Al Capone books has autism, though.

so far i am "stuck in neutral" in moon over manifest.... not sure where its going, but i think that shadey = nate/nade or whatever the guys name is and that giddion = jinx. Just based on the way the story is going. its not horrible, but it hasn't really captured my full attention yet.

I sort of guessed everything but nate. I felt the same way as you though--it was okay, but nothing I regretted turning off when i got out of the car.

I'm about 1/3 in - it's interesting but not awesome (at least so far). I was starting to figure it out already (what Brad said), but thanks for ruining it for me! :-)

The girl is quite funny at times. I liked when she starts saying y'all because she thinks that's what people say there, and then the other girls call her on it. :-)
