Reckless discussion

This book is still pretty boring. I wouldn't normally read this type of book, but a friend recommended it. I guess I just don't really like that style. It's pretty weird because the main character gets shot in the chest and dies. And then he comes right back to life. It's like, what? He just died, he can't come back to life! That's like cheating! The ending is really predictable. The character who is dying gets saved at the last minute, and the good guys beat the bad guys. I saw it coming from a mile away. Not very creative writing.

The beginning was confusing. The author writes it 12 years later. A lot of stuff was missed out. Then the author writes about the characters that Jacob meets during the 12 years. Pretty confusing.
