Zoe walked through the forest around her old home. It had been a few years since she'd been there last.

Adam was in the old home,when Zoe came in.

Zoe saw Adam and looked around for her mother, "Lillian? Where are you" She asked not wanting to tip him off that Lillian was her mother.

Lillian was in her room.

"Shes in her room,"he told her."and what are you doing here?"he asked.

Zoe rolled her eyes and walked to her mother's room.

"Zoe, There you are, Hey honey" Lillian said hugging Zoe.

"Hey, I'm going to take care of you, you have nothing to worry about okay?" Zoe asked her mother.

Lillian nodded.

"Zoe?"Adam called."Bring me another coke?"

"Get it yourself" Zoe said bravely,

"What!?"he asked,"But I don't want to!"he cryed.

"So what? I'm not your Servent" Zoe said as she helped her mother Pack

"Um...you do live in this house don't you?"he asked.

"Not anymore" She said

"sure,honey!"he called out to his wife."get me a beer?"

"She ain't your servant either, Get off your lazy ass and get it yourself" Zoe said annoyed.

"fine,"he was clearly annoyed as well.

Zoe packed Lillian's things and walked out.

"wait!"adaom shouted."where you going?"

"Mom's moving in with me" Zoe said as she and Lillian walked to her Truck.

he got up,"what!?"he yelled."Why?"

Zoe glared at him and let the question hang in the air as Lillian climbed into Zoe's Dodge Durango.

"forget!"he yelled."see if i care!"

"He'll care once it's time to pay rent, Buy Groceries or Cook" Zoe whispered to herself and climbed into her Truck and drove away. She drove to her house that wasn't far away, In fact it was in the Same neighborhood as her mother's old place.

Jade hid in her closet in her room.

Adam turned to watch the t.v.

Jade went out into the living room then into the kitchen and grabbed a beer and brought it over to Adam and handed it to him.

"Thanks,"he muttered."Don't forget to pay the bills,"he told her before she left.

She nodded "Yes Sir" She said and went over to the table and began filling out the Bills and other forms that she'd organized on the table.

Adam went to the restroom.

She finished up with the bills and sealed the Envelopes before putting them back into the mail

when he came back out,he asked jade if he could have a few hundred bucks.

She looked up at him. "I don't have the Money" She said shyly

he looked mad."WHAT!?"he shouted."You told me you'll give me the money today!?"

"They changed my payday it's not my fault" She said scared.

"Your useless!"he shouted.

"Please don't hurt me" She whimpered. "I'll find a way to get you your money" She said scared

"As if I care."he walked outside.

She ran outside towards where she saw People selling drugs for cash.

he looked at jade."stay inside,"he told her and went to buy some drugs.

"I was going to sell them to get you money" She said then sighed and went inside and hid in her closet

he gaved the man his money,and walked inside.

She stay hidden in her Closet, Because he got sexually abusive when he was high

before he could start,he started looking for his wife.

Lillian walked around Zoe's house.

"Jade!"he yelled."Come out now!"

She flinched but stay where she was.

"Come here not,and I wont slap you,but if you stay where you are I'm going slap you like hell!"he shouted.

Jade winced but came out of her hiding spot and went out to Adam.

he tooked her by the arm,and pulled her to the table.

She followed him quickly.

"Now,he told her,"You smoke this,"when he gaved her a drug in a blue bag.
