These things are physically in my bookcase, so I know I like them. Will have to go through my mom's attic to get a real Top 20 list.

Hellman is meaner than Nora and has a bigger ego, also Hellman knows she's an asshole. It's a weird combo. In Pentimento, which I suppose you'd call a series of vignettes or essays, the bit called "Turtle" is my favorite.

I think The Body Artist is not typical of DeLillo. Or, it would be possible to really like his other work and not like this one. And vice versa.
