Love J.k Rowling. I wish she would do more books.Rick is amazing!
Robert Cormier Genius!
Can't really say Suzanne Collins because I've only read three of her books. Loved them though.
YES THEY ARE!!! Wow. I've never met someone who actually knew about them. I haven't read the last book that came out.
Unwind is great too.
I heard about it from a group specially for the series. Not sure if it's still there. I know that someone made a group about it, though.
Huh. A group on one book? Well it will be a series... Interesting. Wait. Which series are you talking about?
E.B. White is my all-time favorite writer. Close behind him are Barbara Park (author of Mick Harte Was Here), Jerry Spinelli (author of Maniac Magee, Stargirl, etc.) and Jacqueline Woodson (author of If You Come Softly and After Tupac and D Foster).
I actually never read any of E.B. White's books. That's sad. There fantastic.Never got into Junie B. Jones but it's not too late to start. (:
Jerry Spinelli!!!
Woodson I've heard of but never read any of her books. What do you recommend?
As much as I like her stories about Junie B. Jones, it's really Barbara Park's stand-alone books that won me over as a fan. The Kid in the Red Jacket, Don't Make Me Smile, My Mother Got Married (and Other Disasters) and Almost Starring Skinnybones are my very favorites, other than Mick Harte Was Here. The best Jacqueline Woodson books that I've read are If You Come Softly and I Hadn't Meant to Tell You This, and Feathers is also terrific. I've liked everything of Jacqueline Woodson's that I've read.
Also, there's really no one quite like Robert Cormier. He has written some of the most powerful books I've ever read, especially The Rag and Bone Shop and I Am the Cheese.
Hmm. Thanks! I've wanted to read Feathers for awhile.I didn't really know her outside of Junie B. Jones. I didn't realize she wrote so many other books. Are they childrens too?
Oh yes, they all are. Most are still in print, too, though a few aren't. I really miss Barbara Park's novels; since 1995 she has only come out with two new ones, Mick Harte Was Here and The Graduation of Jake Moon. I would love to see her start writing more again, as she did in the past.
Barbara Park has said that the most difficult books she has ever written were Mick Harte Was Here and The Graduation of Jake Moon, because it took so long for her to perfectly strike a delicate balance between the humor and sadness. I've yet to read The Graduation of Jake Moon, but I've heard great things about it.

Like I told my dad I was in love with him. Of course it's with his works but I still say I'm in love with him. I know I'm weird. I've read [book:I Am the Cheese, The Chocolate War(one of my favorites), Beyond the Chocolate War, After the First Death, and We All Fall Down. All very fantastic.

ummmm teehee well it isnt actually published yet....but theyre a book series called Part Of Each Other. And er....E.R. Eakins is er... me XD
Haha! Well, I guess you should put yourself there because if you aren't confident with your work it won't be as great. (:
Yeah a whole series. And now I'm writing the second series to the collection and I'm on the 8th, the last book.
Not anyone in particular. If you are looking for a small publisher that's different but if not look at your books and check out who they were published by to get an idea who you want to help you publish your books. I think... you can publish your book yourself. Not completely sure.
Neal Shusterman is one of my favorite authors, especially for Unwind. I knew that he was working on a companion book to Unwind, tentatively planned to be titled Unwholly, but check out this Facebook post that Neal Shusterman made a few hours ago: "I just delivered my first draft of UnWholly, (the second book in the UNWIND trilogy) to Simon and Schuster! Time to celebrate!!!!" So it sounds as if there's going to be a third book, too! Truly it is time to celebrate!
I've read and been wowed by several of Neal Shusterman's other books, including Everlost, Downsiders, Bruiser, Darkness Creeping and, most recently, Dread Locks. Unwind was definitely the greatest of them all, but Bruiser was a stunner, as well. I really think that it deserved a Newbery Honor for 2011.
Not yet. I plan on reading Everwild sometime in November, most likely, and then Everfound during the first quarter of the new year.
It's a good sequel to it. Haven't read Everfound yet. Downsiders is supposed to be good but I haven't read it yet. Full Tilt is a really good and The Schwa Was Here (Antsy Bonano) is an entertaining read as well.
