But she acted as if she couldn't.

She was embarrassed, sensing he detected her as a liar.

She smiled at him, throwing her hand out to pet him..

Otis walked around the square his feet sore from walking. he sat down on a town bench and pulled out a journal and started writing.

Thalia walked around, humming and twirling a flame through her fingers.

Otis looked up as Saw Thalia, the moment he saw her he knew that he loved her.

Thalia saw him and it struck her as well.

Otis put his book away and walked up to her.

Thalia saw him. "Hello," she said.

She looked a bit surprised. She closed her fist on her flame, extinguishing it. "You can't talk?" she said, sprinkling the ashes on the floor.

Otis looked at the fire before she blew it out "that is a very nice talent you have"

She smiled. "Thanks. I'm a firebender. I do more...but I just do this as a little thing to do."

well that's cool all i can do is shapeshift he said

"that is nice, i can play drums, and i'm a skilled swordsman" he said though his mind

She smiled. "I have a husky."

'you wanna see my ferret?' Otis asked

"Sure," she said, grinning.

Otis pulled a small white ball of fluff out of his bag. the ball uncurled into a ferret. his name is Conrad
