I know that Samara is going to flip over this, and I hope that others of you will find it helpful, too!

James Patterson, the author of the Maximum Ride series and Alex Cross series, has his own website that shares great book ideas. It's called ReadKiddoRead (http://www.readkiddoread.com/home) and it's got a lot of cool stuff on it.
One of my favorite things is the "community" tab on the top of the homepage. It takes you to links to other authors' webpages and to online games and quizzes.

While i was on James Patterson's wedsite read kiddo read i learned that you can find all types of books from fansty to realistic ficion. i think its like a libray, but you can look at the books in your own home. Instead of waiting for school or the pubic libary to get the types of book i need, i can get just go to read kiddo read for books. i think it was smart for James Patterson create this wedsite for kids and parents.

When I went to ReadKiddoRead.com, I loved the way James Patterson made different categories for each age of kid. I thought this was awesome because you could read book on his website instead of going to the public library or school library. So its like a huge online library. This was very intelligent for James Patterson to make this website to inspire kids to read! :D

While i was at james patterson's wedsite read kiddo read i looked at the books that he had recomended and while i was looking through it i really got intrested in some books when i got to the book called Flipped and i bought it on my nook and started reading it, which i cant stop reading.

i really liked the website that James Patterson did because it is just for kids. Also kids could actually understand the website. its just the right place for people who dont like to read. this website helps those kinds of people, it inspires them

I think the website is great b/c he even put what book is great for a good age.

me and my sister are really inspired about this website and my little brother started to read because i told him how amazing reading is.

when i went to read kiddo read, i found all sorts of cool books that i would like to read, i really liked James Patterson's website.

Another thing Ifound on Readkiddoread is that you can find a book that is just like you and it helps you find a book that you can learn from in a way.
