Sin stalked quietly in the shadows,looking like a typical teenage girl.She could see a light ahead of her, and shouting."Shoot."She muttered.She could hear shouting now.She glanced at the angelic,slim,beautiful,graceful,lithe girl behind her that she wished she could be.The girl cuaght her eyes, and Sin nodded.One...Two...Three!Both girls shot up into the air,with large wings keeping them afloat.They soared above the people and away.

Lirrand's eyes widened as she watched the two girls fly off in unison. She extended her wings uncertainly and looked up at them. She quickly made her decision and flew up to them. "Howdy!" she said cheerfully as she came face to face with these girls just like her. She thought she would never meet and talk to another one of them.

Ryan and Reese up from their perches on a tree branch. Reese motioned at the Ryan to look where she was, at the three girls. He climbed up the tree a little further to get a better view. He decided that they were most likely safe and pointed his finger up. Reese nodded and snapped out her wings. She flew up, waited for Ryan and they flew to the group.

Angelica sprinted fast, hoping her legs would not give in at a time like this. Her pursers were right on her tail. Her take off was smooth but her wings, after being kept caged for so long, flapped unevenly. She tried to regain her balance by taking longer and stronger strokes. She felt a great sensation in her heart, the sensation that came with flying. Suddenly, she stiffened, sensing two more like her. She looked behind her to check if someone was following her only to see her hunters looking angrier than ever. No one. Then, in the corner of her eye, she saw a boy and girl with brown wings. Their backs were turned towards her. They weren't enemies Angelica realized while checking their thoughts. Right then, all she wanted was to get away from the ground as fast as possible.

Lirrand circled, checking her surroundings and spotted a tree with two very large birds in it. She looked closer and noticed that they were bird children. A third was rising from the ground to join them. She watched in fascination as the girl closest to the ground flapped her wings. That's what I must look like She realized with a start. It's beautiful!

Angelica flew higher and higher. Her long graceful wings flapped with such power, she felt as if she could rule the skies. Looking down, she realized that the two people with wings were looking at three other people with wings. The two were posed, ready to join the others. Angelica couldn't believe how many of them there were. Did the school make more than just the three she had seen while there? Staring at them all, she sized each one. There seemed to be two pairs of siblings and one by herself. Probing each mind, she discovered their names. Reese and Ryan, the two brown winged ones now flying towards the building group, were siblings. They seemed somehow synchronized, their thoughts matching each other at the same pace. The other two siblings, Sin and Mercy, were more different. Sin seemed to have a bit of jealously of Mercy's grace and beauty. Lirrand, the black winged one, had caused Angelica's wings to miss a beat in flight. Lirrand's thoughts were stronger than normal. Her curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm overwhelming. Angelica hovered in the background. She didn't like to be seen yet, she wanted to join the forming group. Her camouflaging ability allowed her to soar close by. She circled the group, making sure none of them could see her.

Lirrand gracefully circled the skies, her mind bursting with the thought of being free. Her shoulders ached still from the School, but she felt like she could fly forever. She eventually tired and joined the brother and sister at the tree. "Hi!" she said enthusiastically as she landed gracefully next to them. "What's your name? I'm Lirrand. I'm guessing you escaped from the School." Her voice trailed off as she said the last word and she suddenly became depressed, her eyes losing their glimmer and her thoughts becoming heavier.

Angelica saw the lone girl, Lirrand, introducing herself. Lirrand's thoughts suddenly became heavier, darker, and sad with such force that Angelica instantly wanted to go and comfort her, so she did. Letting herself gradually become seen, she tilted her wings towards the group, circling in. "And I'm Angelica," she said with as much charm as she could muster.

Lirrand turned and looked at the new girl. She instantly became happier. "Hi!" she said with new enthusiasm. "It's so nice to meet you. I'm Lirrand in case you didn't hear! Wow, your wings are super pretty!" She gave the girl a hug and giggled.

Sin saw the others,the wind blowing through her magenta hair.Her wings flapped gracefully,careful not to hit her sisters wings.She glance down at the people.Suddenly,her eyes focus on one thong.Sharp teeth,deranged eyes,loud voices."Dogs!"She yelled to the others."And guns!"She didt know if they were still in rmge,but she and Mercy weren't staying for the party.

Mercy heard her sisters warning."Let's go."She spoke softly,gliding away like she was truly an angel.

Lirrand shrieked and grabbed Angelica's wrist. "C'mon!" she yelled to the brother and sister. She darted upwards, soaring quickly with Angelica right beside her. "Erasers," she hissed with the burning of a thousand suns. "I hate them."

Sin soared powerfully,like and bird of prey while Mercy glided like a dove.

"Hey, what's your name?" she shouted quickly to the girl who had warned them.

Angelica turned to see Sin flying upwards with long powerful wing strokes. Lirrand had welcomed her warmly but she wasn't sure about Sin and Mercy. Below, the Erasers howled in chase. Bullets passed Angelica as she followed Lirrand into the freedom of the sky. Suddenly, she heard a whirling sound in the distance. "Choppers," she screamed to no one in particular. Flying away from the noise, Angelica quickly felt herself melt into the background, invisible to even Lirrand who flew only a foot away.

Mercy glanced at Sin,who nodded.Mercy flew around the choppers,putting thoughts into their heads.Then, she boarded the helicopter,gently touching the pilot,then running out.Nobody even knew that she was there because she was distracting them with so many thoughts.The helicopter started to drop.Sin glanced over at Lirrand."Sin."Mercy's curly hair blew in the wind."You may come with us,or go your separate ways."Mercy said.

Reese looked at Ryan and smiled. Ryan shook his head. "No, let's just go."
Reese ignored him and went down to fight. Quickly, she was surrounded. One Eraser cocked his gun and as the bullet flew, Reese shut her eyes tight. Time stopped. The bullet was a couple centimeters from her forehead. Reese knocked it away and walked over to Ryan. She kissed his cheek and he he blinked a couple times realizing what had just happened.

"I told you not to do that!" Ryan scolded Reese. She just shrugged it off and started picking through the Erasers' things. Taking weapons and putting them in her backpack. Ryan went behind her beating them up as he went. "That was too close,"

"Whatever, I'm alive and standing her aren't I?" Reese flew up and away. She waited for Ryan who soon joined her. Then, she started time again.

Mercy noticed a group of Erasers on the ground,where they had all been standing ready to kill a few moments ago.Sin shivered,glancing at the clouds.Rain. She thought.But....She didn't think that.She glanced over at Mercy who was flapping her wings,staying in one place.

"Thanks for the heads up Sin, I'm comin' with you guys," she yelled. She looked around. "ANGELICA!" she shouted, looking for her lost new friend. She was soaring fast to get away from the bullets. Lirrand flew up and over to Sin and her sister. "Thanks for the invite," she wheezed, catching her breath.

Mercy smiled."No problem."

Angelica, hearing Lirrand's call, shifted her position. The wind caught between her feathers, allowing her to swiftly follow Lirrand. Angelica felt her camouflage leave her as she dashed after Lirrand. Mercy and Sin were a few feet above them. Something about the two made Angelica stop mid-flight. A thought had passed through each of them at the exact same time. Shrugging of the surprise, Angelica pursued Lirrand, Mercy, and Sin. She hoped they didn't mind her tagging along. "Where should we go," Angelica yelled over the whirling noise of the, now falling, choppers.

Lirrand looked at her with relief. "Where'd you go?" she yelled. "I'm just following them, so I have no idea."

"Oh, I was around," Angelica said with a mysterious smile. Looking up at Mercy and Sin, Angelica's face twisted into a worried expression, "I really hope we're headed in a safe direction."

Lirrand raised an eyebrow at the mysterious smile but shrugged it off. "I think we are. I trust them," she said wholeheartedly.

Leah walked along, bored. But she had a mission

Lirrand saw a girl walking a few yards ahead of them. She glanced behind them and saw the Erasers running. "Watch out!" she yelled to the girl, waving to catch her attention.

"What? Oh shoot!" She said ramming out of the way. "Where did they come from!?"

"No idea. Can you fly?" she yelled down to the girl, swooping to pick her up if she couldn't.

Mercy noticed the girl and the erasers.She went that way.She thought,sending it too the erasers and people near her.She hoped that she could lead them away.

Ryan carried Reese on his back through the trees next to them. Reese had become a little weak when she froze time and started to fall asleep.

Angelica looked up and down. Everything was becoming more chaotic. Lirrand helping a new girl on the ground, Ryan carrying Reese, Mercy and Sin still above, it was all too much. Where should she go? What should she do? Perhaps she should help the girl on the ground escape. Maybe that was the best plan. Angelica spiraled downwards, toward the Erasers. She could try to knock the Erasers down. That would provide time for the girl and Lirrand to escape. Halfway down, she realized her stupid mistake. She could hear Mercy's thoughts from above, directing the Erasers into the opposite direction. Mercy had it handled. However, it was too late. If she stopped in the air now, her wings would snap off like twigs from the force. There was only one place she could go and that was straight. Straight was where the Erasers were, ready with guns and sharp teeth. Straight was also the direction towards her possible death.

Lirrand looked as Angelica shot straight towards the Erasers. She flew over, soaring just above the Erasers. She caught Angelica and kept flying, now soaring upwards. "What were you doing?" she asked as she circled back to the other girl.

"Thank," Angelica puffed, her cheeks red and her face pale. "I wasn't really thinking..." she trailed off glancing at Lirrand hoping she wasn't mad.

Lirrand shrugged as she let Angelica go. "It's no problem. Just be more careful in the future."

Mercy looked at Angelica.Her gaze wasn't scotnful or angry,but slightly puzzled and confused."Let's get going.The erasers won't follow my thought for long."Mercy left one last thought hanging in the air.What was that noise over there?I bet it's those bird brained avians.

Lirrand looked at her in amazement. "You put thoughts in people's brains?" She immediately wondered what thoughts hadn't been hers. None...that she could tell.

Allison looked up from her book. The water was yelling at her. Run! Run! The not wolves not men are coming! Allison knew she had to act fast. She grabbed her three books and stuffed them in her small backpack. She took of, flying straight up, until she spotted the erasers. But the erasers wern't the only thing she saw. Flying low to the ground were several bird kids. Are they working for the school? Or are they escapes? Oh well, guess I'm going to find out Allison thought as she rocketed over the erasers, towards the other mutants

"Yes."Mercy said.She scanned the area around them.It was fairly wooded."Lets land over there."She said,pointing to a small clearing.
