Ethan sat by the lake, skimming through his homework but not really carring

Fausta was sitting at the edge of the lake looking into the water.

Ethan threw the book down, looking up to see Fausta. "Hi!" He called

Fausta looked over at him, "oh, hello Ethan."

"What's up? I haven't seen you in a while." he asked, heading toward her

"Not down," she said in response to his question.

Ethan laughed, "How're you doing?" he reworded

She smiled, "Pretty good, you?"

"decent. Hate all this school work though, it's killing me"

"I don't really think we have that much..."

"I do! but then again i'm a procrastinator."

"Not a very good idea."

Ethan nodded, "Well, life goes on"

"For now... Eventually that'll bring you to ruins."

She didn't laugh, "it's not really funny..."

"I love looking at the stars & making my own shapes" she laid down next to matt looking up."

"haha... U have no imagination!" she rolled over on her stomach staring into his eyes laughing

She felt his hand wrap around her back. "yeah I can't tell haha" she smiled

Matt moved closer to her, only inches away, "It's a good thing you're creative then"

She closed the space between the completely and slightly opened her mouth

Peyton pulled away a little "matt, I think I hear something" she looked up && saw a shadow

Matt followed her gaze, "What is that?"

They stood up quickly and she grabbed his hAnd

MAtt turned to the strange shandow, squinting to get a better look at it, "Hello?"

As he walked in front of her she held his hand tighter. "hel-lo?" she asked nervously

Matt stepped forward, trying to get a better look, it couldn't just be a shadow could it?

Peyton knew what it was a whispered "please be careful matt it's a strong creature"

"What is it?" He muttered, almost silently

"I heard of them in class before..." she saw the shadow more clearly now as it stepped closer "the man eating giant monkeys.... We need to get out of here or we can die......." she pulled her wand out of her boot and held his hand.

Matt grabbed his own wand from his pocket, glaring a the strange shadow. "Man eating monkey?"

She didnt think to long she jut wanted to vanish! "haha idk! But there scary... Man eating... No joke!"

Matt nodded, "So...run away?"

"were not fast enough" she whispered and then said "accacio brooms!"

Matt watched the creature as he waited for the brooms, wand ready
