Animals of the Wind discussion

Sonny stretched his wings and glanced around.

Destiny cocked her head as she studied a group of small birds nested on a telephone wire. She was hungry, and one of them would satisfy her hunger. She shuffled to the edge of the top of the building she was on. The wind would change direction soon and then the prey would smell her. It was now or never. With a burst of speed, Destiny shot towards the little birds. The birds all dispersed quickly. She spotted one bird just a little below her. With a gleam in her eye, she leaned down and pressed her wings against her body. Her prey soon realized that something was barreling down on it and it veered away. Destiny chased the bird, and was soon gaining on it. All of a sudden, the little bird flew into a small hole in the roof of a building. Almost colliding into the building, she veered up and landed on the roof. Disappointed, Destiny searched for her next victim.
