Tanner threw his stuff down and changed. he went to the pool.

Una walked over to the door leading to his room, she heard a gutair being played, and a guy singing. She leaned againts the wall across from his dorm, and listened.

She drops her hand and stairs at her feet, she just wanted to move, to leave, but it felt like she was stuck in concreate.

"Face it, Tanner, your a wimp," he says to himself. "Ever since that accident... Geezus, i never should have run away."

Una's eyes widen, she stands there, not able to move at all. So, she listens in, hopping she wasn't listening in on something to bad.

"God, stupid parents..." he mutters. "ill show them. Ill SHOW THEM ALL! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!" He says evily, reading off of his Script.

Now she was crossing her arms and raising her eye brow as if to say, "WTH?"

"I can see you, ya know," He says, looking out the window. "Im not a psyco. Im reading a script."He mutters, holding up the script.

(I thought she was at the door.)

She blushes a deep red and says, "I.... I'm sorry...... I was coming over to say sorry for just ignoring you after the random girl pulled me away and...... I'm ranting, aren't I?"

(she is the windows rite next to it)

"Sorta..." *please note that he doesnt talk much so...*

"Well.... um.... you sing really good." she says, remebering him singing.

He rubs the back of his neck. "I guess..."

"Well, um...." she said, turning as deap of a red as her face would go and she stared at her feet.

She said the only thing that she could think of and said, "Wanna hear me sing?" she said, still staring at her feet.

"Sure..." He said, biting his lower Lip.

"Kay." she said, then she started singing the first song that came to mind.

(AGAIN, ITS DEEP! FIX IT) "Yea, well... Maybe youll get lucky and the scouts will choose you," he mumbled.

"Then you'll come with me," she blurted, "You've got twice as much talent as me because I only can sing and you can play a instament, and sing." she said, like it was obvious.

"No, theyed never pick me," he said. "besides, i have no life, no friends, no reason to go anymore, unless you can name one?" (im hinting at something here...)

"You have..... me....." she said the last part quietly.

"I know. Thank you," he whispered. "for everything. but...i have to ask you something."

"Yes?" she said, raising her head to look him in the eye.

"Are you REALLY my friend? Or just because im talented?"
He asked, looking at her, memories of bieng hurt by this topic in his eyes.

She looked in his eyes, remebering a guy who used her just so he could become popular, she was holding her tears back as she said, "I'm really your friend, I swear."

"Good," He said. "Because ive had some bad expeirences(spl?) with that."

"Me too." she said looking at the ground, her voice dry.

"your voice sounds hoarse," he mumbled, bangs in his eyes. "here." he hands her a powerade.

"Thanks." she said wipping her eyes as she took it and took a sip from it. "You tired?" she said, with a worried look on her face.

"No, why?"

She smiled, "You have bags under your eyes." she said.

"No, there always there, its just because its the afternoon," he said. "they always show up more then."

"Oh..." she said, fealling like an idiot, "You wanna do something?"
