Recommend a book ♥

Discuss a book you've just finished and ask about a book you are just starting :)

HARRY POTTER!!

I've just started Gallagher Girls #1 but it hasn't grabbed me yet :)

I think after I'd Tell You I Love You, But Then I'd Have to Kill You (Gallagher Girls, #1) by Ally Carter I'm gonna start either Hush, Hush (Hush, Hush, #1) by Becca Fitzpatrick Heist Society (Heist Society, #1) by Ally Carter or Vampire Academy (Vampire Academy, #1) by Richelle Mead

message 3: by Deanna (new)

Deanna (torii) Don't give up! The first one isn't that good compared to the rest of the series. After the second one they start to get really good, with lots of mysteries :)

message 14: by Lyrasha (new)

Lyrasha | 4 comments Well by seeing what people have posted City of Bones is a great series and her new series Clockwork Angel is quite good aswell. I just finished reading Hush Hush and I loved it, cannot wait to read Crescendo, but I decided I wanted to read vampire academy first. I'm only 4 pages in so I cannot tell you how that went yet.

Alejandra (Allie) (lost_at_hogwarts) Hush, Hush was a very good book and it really gripped me. Definitely recommend Hush, Hush.

Alejandra (Allie) (lost_at_hogwarts) Been wanting to read the Hunger Games, but I have like a billion other books on my to-read shelve.

Alejandra (Allie) (lost_at_hogwarts) Just checked out Divergent, Thirteen Reasons Why, Tempted, Burned, Dragon's Oath, Shiver, Linger, Forever, The Iron King, Bloodlines and City of Bones from the library. Hopefully these books are as good as everybody says they are.

Pj (pbookbuddy) | 4 comments This book is totally looked down upon and doesn't nearly have enough recognition in the YA book world Leviathan (Leviathan, #1) by Scott Westerfeld by Scott Westerfeld, it is actually amazing and cool and ahh!!! its just so good, please read it :)

message 33: by Allison (new)

Allison Urban My favorite book series of all time are the Gone series by Michael Grant ... these books do not get enough recognition. I think if more people were to read them, they could be turned into a movie!

I also really love the Vanished by Meg Cabot ... I really love Meg cabot!!! And all her writing is fantastic beyond words.

message 34: by Caroline (new)

Caroline (carolineboh) Everyone should read Flipped. It's really cool.

Angelfire by Allison Moulton -5/5

Atlast a female protagonist who I don't want to strangle. She's not the woe me type and neither a damsel-in-distress.

message 38: by Allison (new)

Allison Urban I totally recommend these three (newer) books:
Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices, #2) by Cassandra Clare
The Space Between by Brenna Yovanoff
The Way We Fall by Megan Crewe Have not yet read it. This was my sister's reccomendation. She got a ARC.

message 41: by Beatrice (new)

Beatrice (beatricemasalunga) I recommend Kissed by an Angel (Kissed by an Angel, #1-3) by Elizabeth Chandler which is a good book and a tear-jerker. It's not familiar with everyone.. but Elizabeth Chandler books are awesome.

Flipped by Wendelin Van Draanen also a good book which maybe a lot of people could relate to especially when you have a crush (it has a movie already. check out movie2k.com) and also The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky good book, I can't wait for the movie..
