This topic is for short story comps open to Australian writers.

The Australian Literature Review has a short story comp for 1000-3000 word stories due by midnight Nov 20 with the theme of murder. Shortlisted entries will be published online at auslit.net and the winning story will receive a book pack courtesy of Simon & Schuster Australia.

Writers outside Australia can enter to get their story on the site but the book pack can only be won by a writer in Australia.
