All the pages you read discussion

Hi, I'm new to this group, and I know it's late in the year, but I'm hoping that doesn't matter! =) I am in a group that counts books, and that is great, and fun, and I usually am able to reach that goal, however, for some reason this year it seems to be "Joy's year for chunksters"...so I started thinking wouldn't it be great if I could count pages instead of books? That way it looks like I actually did something!
So, my goal is to read 22,500 pages this year, and so far I am at 20,158. Only 2342 more pages to go! I know I can do it, right now I'm reading a 1,000 pager, and I have 2 700+ pagers in my stacks to get to this year too. =)
