Name: First and Last Name
Age: How old they are
Gender: Male/Female
Year: How many years they have been at Hogwarts
Appearance: How they look
History: Their past, family, etc.
Personality: How they act
Animal: Toad, owl, cat, etc.
Wand: Describe or put an image of what their wand looks like.
Other: Anything not mentioned above.
