Beyond Reality discussion

Hi everyone,

Welcome to November!

It’s a brand new month, so we have two new Books of the Month to discuss. For November, you selected:

- November Fantasy: City of Bones by Martha Wells
- November Science Fiction: Ringworld by Larry Niven

I've set up some starter topics up for each book, but please feel free to start more. If anyone wishes to lead the discussion for either of these books, please let Stefan or Candiss know ASAP. All it takes is reading the book and posting some questions of topics for discussion!

We also have our schedule set for the next couple of months:

- December Fantasy: Of Blood and Honey by Stina Leicht
- December SF: Spin by Robert Charles Wilson (a repeat BotM from years ago)

- January 2012 Fantasy: The Magician King by Lev Grossman
- January 2012 SF: House of Suns by Alastair Reynolds

In other news, our long-term series read project is moving along steadily. The current book is The Short Victorious War, book #3 in the Honor Harrington/Honorverse series by David Weber, which continues through November 15, when we will begin discussing book #4, Field of Dishonor. Discussion topics for each book in the series will remain open indefinitely, so there's still plenty of time to join in. Many thanks to Chris for running this series read!
