Arkham Asylum discussion

Here is where you post any ideas for more rooms at the asylum.

This request has nothing to do with the rooms, though I don't know where else I might state it. Would it be possible to suggest another character to be claimed? The Mad Hatter is not one of the more known characters of Batman, but I do love him as a character so I was curious if I could be permitted to use the actual character by claiming it or if I should simply create him in the custom characters.

Location requests:
-Isolation room (limited to one character at time, of course)
-Visiting area (for the families who often never wish to visit)
-Courtyard (a gated area the allows the inmates to get fresh air and sight of the sky)
-Doctor's lounge
-Medication Lockup (secured so tight that only the doctors can get in)
-Therapy room (the room used for both group and solitary therapy sessions)
-Guard towers (the high stations where the guards are posted in watch for any escaped convicts)
-The Docks (where the prisoner transfer boats come to deliver new prisoners)
