I agree, I and my husband have read over 50 books on Kindle this year, in the ten years we have been married he only usually reads 5 or 6 a year. we definatly had to up our book budjetI will say that i think paperbacks may be in trouble.
I re-read lots of books, a few months ago, i went to my bookshelf and pulled down an old favorite.
I opened it up, took one look at the small print and went and bought in E-form.

I believe that when the dust settles e-books are going to expand the market share of hardcover books. As a reader if I find a story I love, I am going to invest in a hard cover, first edition or maybe a limited edition authors copy.
E-books, E-authors, and E-readers are changing the landscape of publishing, however I also believe that more people are going to rediscover the joy of reading, and that the industry will not only survive but thrive.
