Fans of Interracial Romance discussion

I just had a respected writer-friend recommend this author with explosive compliments. She dominated in several awards at this year's Romance Slam Jam. Of course I've put her on my TBR list. I see she has a long list of titles.

I would love to hear what others think of her work.

I'm looking at her books and I don't see any Interracial stories, especially BW/WM, but straight Black Romance. I will say from her excerpts that they are well-written. From the looks of it, she's doing quite well.

I can't say I know for sure. The friend I mentioned usually reads I/R so I just assumed that's what it was. Going to the author's web site, http://www.maureen-smith.com/index.htm, it looks like some of the covers are I/R. Also some of the excerpts indicate Hispanic men though it didn't specify the woman's race.

Maybe someone who's read some will comment on the thread.
