Book #2 in our Triple Feature has not had much publicity despite receiving starred reviews from Booklist, Kirkus and BCCB. Like The Berlin Boxing Club it released earlier in the year and has been pretty much overlooked. It has a controversial topic but does it have the chops to take the Printz?

I thought this was a great rendering of a character's difficult journey toward selfhood. Characterization was excellent, writing overall not quite as stellar. Honor perhaps?
