Not a fan of Kaleo Griffith narration. The ends of his sentences seem to always fade off. Drives me insane.

I was excited to find the download of Extreme Exposure available a couple of days early at Tantor. I purchased post haste and proceeded to have a great listening weekend - with DH out of town I could revel in both an engrossing story and what I found to be a fabulous narration. Sorry it didn't work for you Stephanie but I was thrilled. :)

Kaleo Griffith was new to me and my initial thoughts were of Grover Gardner in his delivery style (big fan of Grover Gardner here!) but within 30 minutes his style was all his own and I wasn't thinking of anything besides Kara, Reece and the rest of the characters as I listened to "them" live this story that had me riveted. Loved it!

I can't wait to hear it! I thought the excerpt was great - what a relief to hear his heroine's voice wasn't falsetto!!

Stephanie - I'm interested in knowing what Kaleo Griffith narration you heard. Did you purchase Extreme Exposure early at Tantor? It was just released today at Audible and I know of few, if any, other Griffith fiction titles easily available right now (maybe one?).

I listened to the audio clip on AudioGals. I could tell within the first 45 seconds that I would go mad listening to his narration. Maybe the right description for his narration is "breathy". I don't have that many audiobooks under my belt, but the narrators I have listened to, blow Griffith out of the water in my opinion.
