One of my favorite books! I loved this book. It tells Vlad's story from when he was a boy growing up, going to school, becoming a falconer and then to when he's grown, becomes a general and unleashes carnage upon his enemies. It's very well written and it gives a dark reason behind the impalings. I got this from my local library and when I read it I read a little bit each night and sometimes more than I should have. Such a great book, highly recommended!
