Lush Library discussion

Any ideas? Anything goes for this one - post the first thing that pops into your head and any others you think of. As many posts and ideas as you like.

Ooh sounds like a good idea to have some sort of theme to think about. I've thought of a few, but I'll try and think of some more:

Books set in another country.

Classics you think you should have read.

Lesser known works by famous authors

Books that span the lives of several generations/eras

Sci fi future theme? i.e books set in the future?

Ok. I think the countries idea might interest a lot of people. We just need to decide how long to run it for so that we can split it accordingly. Maybe 6 months? That's 4 letters a month (and some to spare to provide an extra letter for the tricky letter months) and have other loose themes for the other books. Having 2 nominations threads, with the usual points system,would be easier.
