American Gods

I've not read too many Gaiman books yet, but The Graveyard Book may be my favourite read of the year.

I've only read Coraline and American Gods... I loved both!

I'm late to this discussion. I've read a lot of Neil Gaiman. I actually call him one of my favorites. My two favorites are Neverwhere and Stardust. I did read the British edit of Neverwhere and if I remember correctly, Gaiman said that the American publishers made him remove some funny bits and add more descriptions. Still haven't gotten to Anansi Boys yet. I hear that one is fun.
