Well, in Jan I plan to read Infinite Jest, and of course Never Let Me Go that I just voted for :)Regarding Infinite Jest, have read some truly great things abt this book. Cant wait to read it actually.
As for the theme, I would suggest something darkish, say a dystopian thriller. There are some awesome books who seem to fall in this categ. Like Blindness, by José Saramago. (which I have just sent as recommended to all in my friend's list)
I ahve read so much dystopian books recently, I had no idea so hany books have been written in that category. 1984 can be one of them too.
Imagine a dystopian theme in feb, a very sarcastic way of telling 'love in the sir' to leave us at peace :p

Lol, indeed. 1984 was probably as dystopian as it gets. But u r rite, there are so many, Lord of the Flies, The Stand, u name it.
It wld be kinda freakish to read a dystopian novel in Feb, but I am all for it...

What about The Reluctant Fundamentalist by Mohsin Hamid... Movie will be released in 2013 haha!! so I am going to read it before that ;)
lol I have to readt hat too. That and exploding mangoes. I realized I havent read many from pakistani writers.
