Besides HP, the magic in The Enchanted Forest series... it has every kind of magic, its amazing! Everybody should read them.
I really like the magic used in The Case of the Toxic Spell Dump by Harry Turtledove. I haven't read two of the four series you mentioned, so I can't say how it stacks up against those them, but I found it really cool and very realistic.
I really like the magic in the Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. Though magic has an extensive set of rules/regulation and history the particular manifestations and power levels have a lot to do with the practitioner's personality and inherent ability. Also in this series characters find new ways to use magic their predecessors had never thought of.
Ged's magic in LeGuin's Earthsea books. The focus is less on doing than on being, and being connected to the energies of the world.
