Mortal instruments RP discussion

Ash walked in with all the paperbags of chinese food in his arms. He let the smell of chinese intoxicate him, and his stomach growled louder. He set everything on the counter, and grabbed two plates he handed one over to Valentina and served himself. He pulled out his phone, and sent Chloe a text. ~Chinese food your missing out~ He looked up at Valentina, "Eat how much you´d like," he chuckled, "I think I went a little overboard." He shurgged, "At least there will be leftovers for tomorrow."

"A little overboard?" she raised an eyebrow, looking at the many bags of Chinese food.

Ash looked down at the bags and laughed.
Gabriel ran into the kitchen barking at the smell of the chinese food.
Ash pointed down at Gabriel, and shook his head. "Whatever you do dont give him any! the mess wont be pretty when he gets an upset stomach." Gabriel winned.
Chloe and Julian walked in talking. Chloe instantly grabbed a plate, and served herself. "Hey!"
Julian smiled as he looked at Ash eating chinese food, "Do I smell General Tso´s chicken?"
"Yup I ordered it because I know its your favorite." Ash said smiling.
Julian walked up to the new girl, "Hey im Julian." then he grabbed a plate, and served himself.

"I'm Valentina Styx." she said as she took some food and sat, taking a bite. "My brother's Alexander Heart, he isn't here right now. He's probably taking a nap. He likes taking lots of naps."

Julian sat down at the table next to Valentina, "Well im glad you, and your brother are here." he said smiling then directed the next part of his conversation to everyone. "Look I know everyones not here, but I need you guys to start running shifts. There´s been a lot of killings in the back alley over that way." he pointed in the direction where the alley is located. "Just make sure not to run shifts alone. Do it in groups of two or three, but we need to make sure the community is safe." he added.
Chloe looked up from her plate, "What kind of killings?"
Ash looked at Chloe immediately, "Your not going without me!"
Chloe rolled her eyes, and ignored him.
"Im not completely sure, but I know its been mainly demons killing mundanes to feed but..... There has been a few downworlder deaths in the city."
Ash dropped his fork, "WHAT?" he couldnt stop thinking this is the reason why they left London in the first place. Fear crinkled inside of him thinking of his father, and the vengence he carried.

Julian looked at Valentina, "As long as your living here you will have to help."

Valentina could sense the fear from Ash, and now that Julian had mentioned it, there was a faint stink of death from the alley. She paled a little and surpressed the urge to puke. "Ummmm, my brother and I may have kinda killed a demon who was trying to kill us, but he started it, I swear." she said a little nervously.

"Yeah, sure Alex and I would love to help," she said

((I hafta go in a while. I have Chinese tuition... *sad face* ))

Julian shrugged it off, "Thats good the less demons in the earth, the better." he smiled, "What I am really worried about is why are these downworlders dropping dead for no reason. There must be something going on." He took a bite of his foot, "I am going to send a letter out to Idris tonight, so they know whats going on. So when you see the rest of the kids make sure to tell them well be running shifts now in the alley."

Valentina pushed her food away. The smell from the alley was really getting to her now she'd noticed it and she didn't feel much like eating. "Sure, I can go by myself first, I'm not really hungry anymore." she hopped off her seat.

Julian shoot his head, "I dont want you guys running shifts alone." Chloe finished her food, "Ill go with you." he grabbed Valentina by the arm, and dragged her out of the kitchen before Ash coould protest. She heard him scream her name from the hallway.

She pulled her arm out of Chloe's grasp. "Hey, chill! I can take care of myself." her wings were appearing behind her. It started out as a clear outline before the colours slowly spread outwards, starting from where they connected to her back. "Aes Sidhe, remember?"

Chloe shrugged "Sorry. I just wanted to get out of there before my brother followed. Plus if its just you against a greater demon it will defeat you." She paced faster, "I have seen it take about 5 shadowhunters to take down one of those." She smiled, "Im coming, and its no fun to do shifts by yourself sometimes they get boring."

((Lets head to the alley :)))

((ok but I have to stop really soon =( but I can try to do a little during class if there's free time =P ))

She sighed. "Okay, fine. Let's go then." she walked off, not caring her wings were still on display for all to see.

Rose jogs downstairs and walks into the kitchen. She sits a one of the barstools.

Julian was still eating at the table with Ash. Ash was angry, and had pushed his plate away from him.
Julian smiled when he saw rose. "Hey Rose, theres some chinese if your hungry." he pointed at the multiple chinese bags.
Ash crossed his arms, "Hey rose."

Ky strolled into the kitchen and grabbed a water. When he turned around he saw ASh, rose, and julian.
"Hey" he said

She smiles. "Ok thanks." She strolls over and grabs some food, sitting down with them.

Ash saw Ky walking in, "If you wan theres some Chinese food." he said pointing at all the food on the counter.
Julian smiled, "No problem."

Julian swallowed a bit of his food, "Oh yea....We´re going to be running shifts down by the alley."
"Theres been a lot of mundanes dying, and some downworlders. Chloe, and Valentina are down there right now." Ash added.
"And dont forget not to run shifts alone, always have a partner. Its one of the rules of the institute." Julian smiled

She sighs. "A-yi captin."

Ky nodded. He sat down at the table with them.

She looks over at him. "I don't think i've met you. I'm Rose."

Ash was pushing around his food with a fork. "So....Ky I never got to ask, but what do you eat."

She looks over at Ash.

He shurgged, "Really anything. I've gotten use to human food. I think it taste better, but my sister is well picky" he smirked

Ash smiled, "Well if she drinks blood they serve it over at Taki´s for the vampires. Of course its not human blood, but she can pick from deer, bear, and other animals" he laughed, "Its almost like a beer tap."
Julian nodded in agreement.

She puts her fork down and pushes her plate away. She ;looks out the window.

"Thanks for the tip." Ky said.

She gets up a puts her dish in the dishwasher. She sits back down with them and pulls her legs up, resting her chin on her knees.

Ky glanced over at her. "Are you ok" he asked in a relaxed tone

She looks up at him and smiles. "Uh, yeah."

Julian watched her reaction as he put his plate in the sink, "You sure?"

"Yeah." She smiles and holds her necklace.

Ash looked up at Rose, "Thats a pretty necklace."

"Oh, um thanks." She looks down at it and drops it against her chest.
