Matt walked down the halls.

Joy was with him

She waved at other kids.

He smiled at a young pheniox.

Joy saw the other pheniox

"does Matt like that other pheniox",Joy said to herself"mm"

He fly passed them.

"so hows school going?"

"Good and no i have my eyes on another pheniox."

"thats good and ok",Joy said

He turned around and smiled at her.

She smiled back

He walked backwards for awhile.

"uh um can i ask what ur doing?",Joy laughed

"Walking backwards."

"oh can i walk with u?"

"Yah."

"ok"so she walked backwards with Matt"kinda fun"

"Yeah."

Joy hit a person behind her"oh sorry"

"Its ok."the guy said.

Mortimer let the scales blend back into his skin. He was tired, angry, and not entirely sober. He certainly didn't look like a student, mainly because he wasn't. He kept his claws incase he needed to fight, something he was awful at. Was this considered spying on the enemy? He wasn't sure. It sounded pretty cool and awesome either way.

Joy kept walking with Matt.

He stoped.

"what?",Joy looked worried

"Nothing."

"u sure"

"Yeah."

"ok",Joy turned into her pheniox just for fun

So did he.

"ur very pretty",Joy said"with the blue feathers"

"Thanks."

"yep"

"Ok."

"hey want to go to park?",Joy had asked Matt

"Sure."

"ok"
