I didn't really know which topic to put this in... so I put it here. I just think, well everyone loves music, and there are songs that really relate to these books and the lyrics speak the stories of the characters... so I wanted to see who thought what songs fit and so on. Post away.

We've Got Tonight cover by Phillip Phillips. Every time I hear that, I think of the scene from Clockwork Prince with Jem and Tessa, mostly because of the "Tonight" part. But the lyrics, particularly "I know your plans don't include me" and "all of my hopes fading away/I long for love/like everyone else does", really make me think of Will and Tessa. It's just Will's personality, kind of devil-may-care attitude, a deep longing for Tessa's love, and just wanting to spend time with her.Also, it fits Jace and Clary's "One night" in City of Glass, the night when they barely touch and right before Jace runs off to stop Valentine.
I don't know why, but the song "Mistakes" by Brian McFadden feat. Delta Goodrem reminds me so much of TID. Every time I hear it, I just think of the series, though I can't pick a character or scene. Maybe Tessa/Will??:)

I think "For the Nights I Can't Remember" by Hedley suits Clary and Jace very well!!

I think that Demons by Imagine Dragons fits Will's situation perfectly, it talks about how someone wants to push others away because of their secrets...plus its an AMAZING song!:)
