just wanted to give everyone an update on my books status. lookin for reviewers and in the process of setting up for book signing in march, lots going on!

Currently trying to get things set up for my book signing. This includes getting books, updating my website, making flyers, getting ideas and getting a giant poster of my book if I can..hmm..anyways stay tuned to see how it all goes, btw anyone know where I can get a giant size poster of my book?

Justin, do you have an image file of your book cover? Staples can print a nice poster on foam core for pretty cheap. They often have sales also. But you need a high resolution image or it won't look good.

So I got one of my copies of my book in the mail today from Amazon, I looked inside to notice 23 pages of the book had faded print, I see this fault to PA but also to Amazon for failing to look into the product to make sure it was alright..I am getting a full refund along with a Promotional coupon for future purchase but now I am without copies of my book for the signing as Amazon doesnt have any left and dont know when they will..I need some by the next two weeks or no book signing.. :(

The books publicity has died down but I am hoping to get the word out before the summer arrives.

Just thought I'd update everyone on the latest news. Review copies of my book now available on here for EPUB and PDF(For those who wish to please let me know) and soon my book will be available on Kindle, I will make the official announcement of it when it happens and will likely do something on my site and on here to celebrate the big day.
And of course I will be making minor adjustments to my website so feel free to check in this weekend to see it all.

I am proud to announce that my next book will be a sequel to my first book. It will be entitled:

The Macabre Masterpiece: Repressed Carnage

Hey Everyone,

I am currently working on my fifth book, The Macabre Masterpiece: Repressed Carnage, a sequel to my first book. The book will contain 60 poems and there will be 12 poems in each chapter of a creepy place or person. I was recently asked what made me want to write a sequel and why now and the answer two reasons. One is I wanted to go back to my roots and my two writing passions of horror and poetry. I feel horror is at an all-time high right now, people enjoy it and I feel I can really bring a presence to it. Also seeing as poetry is not so popular and horror is I felt readers could use another book of horror poetry to make them appreciate poetry. My second main reason is more personal which is I want this book to help my first book.

As some may know, I went with a bad company to publish my first book and while I got out of it, I never got the royalties I deserved and I never got the book the recognition it truly deserved. By the time I marketed the book, I had already wrote books to and three. So in a lot of ways I want this new book to resurrect the first one and that they can both share the horror spotlight so to speak.

There are three main parts to Repressed Carnage that the first book doesn't have. This book has more detailed gore and talks about real horrors that actually exist in the world to go along with the representations and personifications that we know as horror. The chapters are all of places rather than levels of horror. I thought it'd be fun to make creepy places such as the morgue, cemetery and asylum as chapters. Finally, there are ten more poems in this book than the original because well I got carried away and just kept spinning out creepy poems, no issue there I suppose.

So that's pretty much the next book in a nutshell, I will keep this thread updated with any news on the progression of the book. So stay tuned to the latest.

After I put the book together one thing I am looking into doing as a promotional idea is to make an adult coloring book of horror images based on the poems in the book. I'm debating on whether or not to go with an illustrator or use a few of my friends who can draw.

Seeing as adult coloring books are big right now I feel like it'd be a good marketing tool toward the book and a fun little extra to include during the promotion of the book.

I just finished putting together my latest book, The Macabre Masterpiece; Repressed Carnage. I of course still need to place, edit and format some final touches to it but for the most part it's complete. After I go over it I will likely have others go over it to beta read it to look for any discrepancies and errors. Also I will make sure it's properly fit and formatted. After that I will look for some reviews before it's release in a few months.

Looking forward to completing the book for all of you to read.

The book has been completed. It will be about another month or two before I decide to publish it. Right now I am looking for early readers and reviews.
